Refund policy

At HomemadeWithLove by Niecy’s Store, each item is made with care and attention. Because many of our products are handmade and personal in nature, we ask that you read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Proof of damage or error (such as photos) may be required

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged on arrival)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable. This will be clearly stated in the product description where applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank

  • If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll assist you
