At HomemadeWithLove by Niecy’s Store, many of our products are handmade with care. Please review the shipping information below so you know what to expect after placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Because our items are handmade, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume, holidays, or custom work. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or postal service delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

HomemadeWithLove by Niecy’s Store is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If this occurs, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

  • Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
